R A Brown is a small independent heating company based near Norwich that specialises in domestic heating albeit often on a grand scale such as barn complexes and high specification one off new builds. We offer a very personal service, Richard who still runs the company from a partly 'on the tools' basis really does care about the design of your new heating system and we've got the customer testimonials to prove it. All of our staff have been handpicked and trained in house backed up with day release NVQ training at the local college.

Although we recommend certain products this is only through Richard's preference and experience over 20 years we're not tied to any suppliers. Our ethos is to use high quality European made products that will last well.

• We can provide you with a full service including modern plumbing alongside our heating installation because customers often find it takes the worry out of dealing with several contractors and getting all the timings right in a complex project.


• Or we can just come in to do the 'specialist' UFH or renewable energy bits.


• Or (anywhere in the UK) we can sell you or your plumber the UFH kit and hot and cold services if applicable for 'self-installation' with friendly technical back up from us.
