A large conservatory (approx 30mē) with a solid brick base and low window on three sides. It has a vaulted roof finished with Norfolk pantiles - in keeping with the look of the property.
Under floor heating has been installed and linked to an existing radiator system. The UFH is controlled independantly from the radiators.
