This property is under floor heated via an oil fired boiler. The under floor heating runs independantly of radiators upstairs, by using a series of motorised valves.
The UFH is zoned with controls to allow different temperatures in various rooms. We also installed hot/cold water services to the property using Henco piping and fittings.
