Initial impressions (of R A Brown) were very positive. Richard clearly knows a lot about underfloor heating installations. We were happy for R A Brown to be a sub-contractor of our builders, Lambert and Holman. The underfloor heating went to plan although we did have to wait a number of weeks for all the thermostatic controls to be fitted (by the electrician), which meant that initially the system was not running at its most economic or efficient. Richard is undoubtedly a key strength of the business. We found it very easy to discuss our project with him and he responded quickly to any issues.
Mrs C reported to us recently that she is very happy with her system having got used to it over its first winter, the constant background heat is comfortable in the large open plan space.
