It's still early days (we're) still working out how best to use it - but it certainly heats the water up - you can go down to the cellar and look at the meter and look at the temperature gauge and you can see it's heating the water up - for free so it's great.
The heating was done over a period of time, we had some central heating put in ready to use by October/November, just as it started to get cold, but it wasn't controllable, it wasn't in the whole house, we didn't have wall stats and that sort of thing so it was on or off - it served us, it was O.K. Now it's up and running it's very controllable it works, basically, we're very pleased. We've got three zones, one on each floor.
Because of the long term nature of the renovations of this house and because we're living here as a family and have been living here while it's all been done. It's not easy but it's a big enough house for us to have moved around and we knew that and we were prepared for that and yes the company (R A Brown) has worked well with us in that respect, I'm quite happy with that. Overall it's gone very well we've been happy with the service and happy with the information we've been given.
I would recommend you, in fact I think I already have, because of the friendliness and efficiency of the service. If I need to speak to Richard I might not get him on the phone straight away but as soon as he's picked up the message he'll come back to me and deal with any issue that there is. The job's been done properly, as far as I can see it's been done well, we're very happy with the service what more can I say, it's gone well.
