We engaged Simon to do the entire building project and trusted him to provide all the sub-contractors or other specialists and he turned up with Richard one day. I met Richard a few times and we talked about the whole thing, oh yes I liked Richard and we sat down and discussed different aspects of the project then the idea of the heat pump came up and he came back with some literature and he was very helpful and talked me through it, gave me prices and that was great.
I was more than happy with R A Brown, I like his bunch of boys too, we know how they like their tea! Richard always explained and he always had time to listen. In fact he made a point of doing that he said;I don't like to push something onto a customer without them knowing what they are taking on or words to that effect, I remember him saying that.
It's quite a major project what's going on here, there are several extensions and every room is being pulled to bits, and on the plumbing side there are two bathrooms as well as the heat pump, dismantled the old one (bathroom) and built two new en-suites and I can think of at least two things that I chose and Richard said I wouldn't do that if it was mine, and I listened to him and took his advice and I was right to listen because it's better. He guided us through things and told us decisions that wouldn't work as well.
I would certainly recommend you, what can we say about you're services, well once the plumber has come in, the team, they certainly got things done fast, like a whirlwind. Quality work, trustworthy, I trust Richard implicitly, I've got no qualms about saying that. He's fussy as well, we've been fortunate with all our tradesmen like that builders etc. they've all been perfectionists, more so than I am, I've been saying things like "it's alright".
Anyway Richard the quality of the work's excellent, the materials he uses it's difficult to say things like this because of course I'm not a plumber but speaking as a customer as far as I can tell impressions are that I've an honest man who works fairly deals with me fairly and who does excellently professional work so I'm thrilled to bits. So I'd certainly recommend him. Richard is very pleasant and easy to talk to which makes it much easier not all our workmen are quite as easy to talk to, he's intelligent and educated you see, so I can discuss a lot of things with Richard but I couldn't do that with all the workmen. He's sharp, he's on the ball he knows what's going on. He's very brisk, lets get on.
